For most of the thirty-some years he's been gaming, Adam Dray has also been designing games and tinkering with rules. His first RPG, Verge, will be released in 2009. Gods of the Shroud included his first professional writing contribution (two deities-Torchbearer and the Umbral Claw-plus the sun god myth). For the last year, he's been editing other people's games, including Misspent Youth and Annalise, and the upcoming games Tenra Bansho Zero and The Dresden Files RPG. Adam also edits a lot of material for One Bad Egg, and he's had a hand in almost everything they've published to-date.
In addition to tabletop gaming, Adam and his wife Stephanie run a small, text-based MMORPG called FiranMUX, which has entertained hundreds of players since 1998.
When he's not writing, editing, playing, or talking about role-playing games, Adam likes to spend time with his wife and his three cats, none of whom enjoy tabletop gaming. They live as far south (and as warm) as they possibly can without leaving the safety of their liberal roots: that is to say, Maryland.
