Pinning Charge [Critical]
Your critical strike with a lance unseats your opponent and pins him to the ground.
Prerequisites: Int 13, Ride 5 ranks, Combat Expertise, Mounted Combat, Spirited Charge, Weapon Focus (lance)
Benefit: Upon confirmation of a critical hit on a mounted charge with a lance against a mounted opponent, you may forgo the additional damage to unseat your opponent and pin him to the ground. Your opponent makes a Reflex save (DC 10 + 1/2 HD + Str Modifier ), if successful he is still thrown from his mount and takes falling damage. If your opponent is unsuccessful, he is knocked from his mount and takes falling damage, as well as being pinned to the ground by your lance. While pinned he takes 1 point of Constitution damage each round and is considered pinned. Your grapple bonus for this feat is equal to your grapple bonus plus your mount’s Strength and Size modifier.
