Puncture Lung [Critical]
You have punctured one of your opponent’s lungs with a critical strike.
Prerequisites: Int 13+, Base Attack Bonus +12, Combat Expertise, Improved Critical (piercing weapons), Improved Weapon Finesse, Weapon Finesse, Weapon Focus (piercing weapons)
Benefit: Upon confirmation of a critical hit, you may forgo the additional damage in favor of puncturing one of your opponent’s lungs. The target makes a Fort save (DC 10 + 1/2 HD + Str Modifier). Failure indicates the lung has been punctured and is filling with blood. The lung will collapse in 2d8 rounds, at the end of which time your opponent must make a Fort save (DC25) or lapse into a coma. This feat only works against humanoids or monstrous humanoids of a size category not more than one size larger than you. A punctured lung can only be healed with a heal or miracle spell.
