Subtle Chaos Magic [Metamagic]
Prerequisites: Ability to use chaos magic, Wis 15+.
Benefits: Subtle Chaos Magic allows the chaos mage to lower the DC penalty to cast a spell without vocal or somatic components (mage’s choice in every case, but not both in the same spell) by 2, to +3.
Special: A chaos mage purchases Subtle Chaos magic only once. He may apply the effect either to silent or still spellcasting in every spell he casts, but not both in the same spell.
