Feats can be used by any class, (Fantasy, NPC or Modern), and are gained at the same rate as the Pathfinder Role Playing Game core rules.
All fantasy ranged feats may also apply to modern firearms by weapon type: Handgun, Longarms, Shotgun, and Machine Gun, with GM approval.
