The potion that creates a malchemic can be produced by any alchemist with a Craft (alchemy) check at DC 25. The potion’s components cost 2,000 gp and have the effects of a greater restoration or remove disease spell, but also turn the drinker into a malchemic. Apply the template described below.
‘Malchemic’ is a template that can be applied to any humanoid, referred to hereafter as the base creature.
Size and Type: Change to monstrous humanoid.
Armour Class: The base creature’s natural Armour Class increases by +2.
Attack: As per the base creature; add a slam attack and a bite attack (secondary natural attack).
Full Attack: As per the base creature; add two slam attacks and a bite attack (secondary natural attack).
Damage: As per the base creature; the added slam attacks deal 1d6 + Strength bonus damage each; while the bite attack does 1d4+1/2 Strength bonus plus imbalance humours.
Special Attacks: The base creature retains all of its special attacks and gains those described below:
Imbalance humours (Ex): The bite of a malchemic disrupts the normal flow of humours through a victim’s body. Roll to see which humour is affected by each bite:

Transform (Ex): A malchemic can transform as a move action up to three times per day. Each transformation lasts for a number of minutes equal to its newly augmented Constitution score and has the following effects.
The malchemic’s size increases by one category. Its fighting space and reach both increase by five feet. It gains a +8 size bonus to Strength; a –2 size penalty to Dexterity, a +4 size bonus to Constitution and a +6 natural armour bonus.
Abilities: The abilities of the base creature are modified as follows: Strength +6, Constitution +4, Charisma –2.
Challenge Rating: Same as the base creature +2
